Description:
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to perform perimeter fence repair and renovation at the Irvington Site Office in Irvington, Alabama. The work includes removal, repair, and replacement of existing fence features, such as barbed wire, barbed wire support arms, tension wire, line posts, and installation of stakes and a small ditch barrier. The contractor must provide all necessary management, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, plant, and vehicles required to perform the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must obtain any necessary licenses and permits. • The contractor must provide a written safety plan and perform all work in accordance with the safety requirements in EM 385-1-1. • The contractor must ensure that perimeter security is restored at the end of each workday. • The contractor must provide a means of reliable communication between the contractor and the government.
