The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide a complete preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and monitoring program for two Otis Gearless Belted MRL elevators. The program must include maintaining emergency phone lines, examinations, inspections, cleaning, painting, lubrication, adjusting, replacements, replacement parts, repairs, and testing on all parts of the vertical transportation equipment. The contractor must spend a minimum of 1 hour per month per elevator on preventative maintenance.
