The Lone Star College System is seeking a vendor to provide a ServiceNOW Platform Subscription. The subscription will include licensing, support, and related services for a term of three years with options to extend up to two additional years. The scope of work includes continued access to the ServiceNOW cloud platform, technical support, access to ServiceNOW upgrades and new releases, annual license true-up adjustments, named user license management, platform health checks, and admin console and performance analytics access.
