Budget Estimate (AI):

$25,000 – $50,000

The estimated budget for this project can be based on the cost of similar VoIP telecommunications systems. A typical VoIP system for a small to medium-sized business can cost between $10,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on the number of users and features required. Considering the County's requirements, including 25 call paths, 50 extensions, and integration with Motorola's Callworks, the estimated budget could be around $20,000 to $40,000 per year. Additionally, the vendor may need to provide ongoing support and maintenance, which could add another $5,000 to $10,000 per year. Therefore, the total estimated budget for this project could be around $25,000 to $50,000 per year.
