The Houston Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking a qualified and experienced land surveying firm to provide professional site survey services to support upcoming development, rehabilitation, and property planning efforts. The selected vendor will play a critical role in helping the Authority make informed decisions, comply with regulatory requirements, and move projects forward efficiently and responsibly. The scope of work includes boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement and right-of-way determinations, and construction staking, among others. The vendor must have a valid Texas Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license and comply with the Texas Engineering Practice Act and Texas Land Surveying statutes. • The contract may have an initial Period of Performance of 1 year, with HHA having the option to extend the contract for 4 additional years. • The vendor must provide a project timeline, detailing all phases of the project, from initial site visit to delivery of final documents. • The vendor must maintain regular communication with HHA representatives and provide updates on project status as required. • The vendor must comply with all safety regulations and practices to ensure the safety of personnel during surveying operations.
