The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking statements of qualifications and sealed fee proposals from qualified providers of lease leaseback construction services for the Highlands High School Canopy Repairs & Fire Alarm Replacement Project. The project involves the replacement of existing wood canopies with ADA path of travel and the upgrade of the existing fire alarm system. The selected firm will provide preconstruction and construction services, including value engineering, procurement of long lead materials, and master scheduling. The project is expected to commence in November 2025 and be completed by October 2026. • The project has an estimated budget of $7,500,000. • The selected firm will be required to provide a guaranteed maximum price proposal. • The firm will be responsible for prequalifying mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and iron/steel subcontractors. • The project will be managed by a team from the District's Construction Manager. • The firm will be required to use the District's fiscal/project management system, Kahua, for all project-related communications and document submittals.
