The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified vendors to supply all necessary materials, equipment, labor, transportation, expertise, and artistic skill to provide professional-quality aerial entertainment of fireworks and/or lighted drone show displays for various Parks events. The contract will commence on or about December 3, 2025, and will last for five years. The City has identified three specific events each year for which Fourth of July aerial displays are planned, but reserves the right to add additional events as needed. • The vendor must have an experienced Licensed Pyrotechnic Operator and/or have staff with at least three years' experience firing Electronic or Hand-fired displays or Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and any additional permits/licenses needed for drones. • The vendor must have been in operation for a minimum of three years and have a good standing with the City and the Arizona Corporation Commission. • The vendor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, transportation, expertise, and artistic skill to provide professional-quality aerial entertainment. • The vendor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and City policies.
