The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) is procuring services for Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Day tank maintenance and repairs on state property. The successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform the services. The contract term is anticipated to be three years. The bidder must possess a valid Class C-61 Limited Specialty with a subcategory D-40 license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and a valid Veeder-Root Startup and Service Technician Certification. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing UST and Day tank services as described in the Sample Agreement (STD 213) and Exhibits * Performing work at the Elihu M. Harris building, 1515 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612 * Maintaining required insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and errors and omissions/professional liability * Complying with prevailing wage requirements and labor laws * Submitting a completed bid package, including all required attachments and certifications * Participating in a non-mandatory walk-through and submitting written questions, if necessary
