The City of Burlington is seeking a Design-Builder to provide programming, site selection, design, and construction services for the Western Sportsplex. The project includes the construction of a new indoor sports and recreation facility, which will serve as a regional destination for recreation, events, and wellness. The facility is expected to be approximately 37,500-40,000 square feet and will include amenities such as a multi-purpose gym, walking/jogging track, climbing wall, and indoor child play area. The Design-Builder will be responsible for site selection, programming, design, and construction of the project, and will work closely with the City and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the needs of the community.
