The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to perform infrastructure improvements at the Radio Communications Link Repeater (RCLR) facility in Parshall, CO. The project includes installing new LED lighting, abating asbestos, installing new flooring, and other tasks. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the work does not interfere with air traffic operations and that all safety protocols are followed. The project requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail, and the contractor must be able to work independently and as part of a team. • The contractor must provide and install new LED lighting for both the equipment room and the E/G room. • The contractor must abate asbestos-containing tile from the equipment room and install new rubber tile. • The contractor must install new thermoset-rubber base in both the equipment room and the battery room. • The contractor must install new resinous flooring in the battery room. • The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with FAA regulations and guidelines.
