The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking a contractor to upgrade the MARFORSOC Network Operator Course Classroom (Building RR425) at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC. The project includes renewing, replacing, and upgrading all Voice, Audio, Video, and Data systems infrastructure. The contractor will be required to provide and install new flooring, electrical services, and student work centers, among other tasks. The site visit is mandatory, and only quotes submitted by vendors who attend the site visit will be considered. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the government. Key tasks and requirements include: * Providing and installing new flooring squares of a darker color that is commercial grade (2’x2’) for the classroom * Installing electrical service within the classroom at each student work center * Providing and installing student work centers with a top bar or monitor shelf * Re-routing the existing circuitry already in the floor * Providing and installing 20 student work centers with a 6-foot bar or monitor shelf * Reutilizing existing couplers at all network termination locations, or replacing them with MAX JACKS if necessary * Providing and installing one 12 outlet SurgeX Suppressor (or equivalent) per network cabinet * Installing network drops, including QUAD data jacksets * Providing and installing fiber optic cables, with an estimated total length of 100ft from Comm Room to Classroom and 250 feet from Antenna Pad to Comm Room
