Description:
The City of Las Cruces is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in entering into an agreement for property management services for the Amador Crossing Apartments, a 50-unit affordable housing project. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the property, including marketing, leasing, and maintenance, as well as providing services to residents. The firm will work closely with the City and the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope (MVCH) to ensure the success of the project.
