The New York State Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency, and the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation are seeking a qualified Value Added Reseller (VAR) of ImageSilo's Electronic Content Management System to provide continuity and management of their existing ECM system. The selected VAR will be required to work with the Agencies to ensure compliance with New York State Archives regulations, improve operational efficiency, and support the Agencies' mission of promoting affordable housing and homeownership opportunities. The contract term is 5 years, and the Agencies are seeking a provider that can meet the mandatory minimum qualifications outlined in the RFP, including being an authorized reseller of ImageSilo ECM systems and ensuring that all Agency data is segregated from other customer data. • The Agencies currently manage a vast repository of records in the ImageSilo system, including 4.1 terabytes of digital documents. • The selected VAR will be required to provide support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with expected response and resolution times for low, medium, high, and critical issues. • The VAR must provide a pricing structure based on a per gigabyte (GB) storage space basis. • The Agencies are seeking a provider that can ensure access to upgrades for the duration of the contract, host the system in a secure, top-tier cloud environment, and provide advanced features such as search capabilities, metadata tagging, automated workflows, and compliance with regulatory standards.
