The California Conservation Corps (CCC) is seeking a contractor to provide pre-enrollment physical examinations for Corpsmember Trainees at the Los Pinos Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and incidentals necessary to conduct physical examinations in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and specifications. The contractor must evaluate all Corpsmembers on-site for both CCC Fire Crew Corpsmember and CCC Standard Corpsmember positions. The estimated cost of this agreement is $30,000. The contractor must be properly licensed by the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California as a Medical Doctor, or by a contract nurse practitioner, or a Physician's Assistant currently licensed by the California Physician's Assistant Committee.
