The Rockland County Sewer District No. 1 (RCSD No. 1) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide emergency sludge hauling including all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, permits and incidentals necessary to pump, transport and legally dispose of liquid sludge from its wastewater treatment facilities to an approved sludge disposal facility.
