The City of Gonzales is seeking a qualified firm to update and redevelop its Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm will be awarded a contract for a two-year term with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. Firms will be evaluated based on their professional qualifications, specialized experience, and technical competence. The City of Gonzales selection team will consist of at least three city employees or administrators and other team members with various roles and responsibilities. • The contract will be for a two-year term with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. • Firms will be evaluated based on professional qualifications, specialized experience, and technical competence. • The City of Gonzales reserves the right to disqualify any response if the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. • The City requests that five hard copies and one electronic copy of the proposal be submitted. • The submittal documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope or box clearly identified on the outside as noted in the RFQ packet.
