The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to repair the access road and parking lot at the Guernsey Dam and Powerplant in Wyoming. The work includes grouting and cleaning of asphalt and concrete pavement cracks, provision of crack sealant compound, and seal coating of parking lots. The contractor will also be responsible for removing and replacing existing asphalt as needed and re-grading the parking lot for better drainage. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of award, and the contractor must commence work within 10 days of receiving written notice from the Contracting Officer. • The project location is on the North Platte River in Platte County, Wyoming, seven miles northeast of Guernsey. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof that the sealant used meets the Wyoming Department of Transportation specifications. • The contractor must mechanically sweep all streets with a street sweeper or equipment agreeable to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 48 hours after crack sealing. • The contractor must remove any excess debris blown or deposited onto parkways, sidewalks, walkways, or driveways. • The contractor must operate vehicles at or below the posted speed limits and exercise extra caution to ensure safety. • The contractor must be certified in first aid and CPR, and approved first aid kits must be carried in all contractor vehicles. • The contractor must report any accidents or incidents to the COR within 2 working days.
