The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking information from vendors regarding potential software solutions for an Association Management/Customer Relationship Management for the SUNY Student Conduct Institute. The purpose of this RFI is to acquire information regarding the potential Association Management/Customer Relationship Management software solution options and strategies that currently are available in the marketplace. Key features of the desired software solution include: • Branded end user interface and administrative access for SUNY SCI administrators • Ability to purchase products and services, such as organizational memberships, event registrations, or access to individual courses • Ability to manage customer data and track customer interactions • Ability to sync with email calendars and allow customers to book meetings/demos • Comprehensive communications suite, including ability to segment customers for customized communication plans • Ability to distinguish between marketing communications and business communications • Detailed reporting for communications, such as click rates and open rates The RFI includes questions about the vendor's experience, solutions, and pricing model, as well as their approach to implementation, training, and ongoing support.
