Utah Valley University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide background check and electronic I-9 services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive background checks and I-9 services, including E-Verify integration and audit support. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. The University is looking for a vendor that can provide excellent customer service, support, and references. The evaluation criteria include service capabilities and coverage, customer service, technical features and integration capabilities, implementation plan and timeline, and cost and value of proposed services. • The vendor must be able to provide comprehensive background checks and I-9 services. • The vendor must have experience working with higher education institutions. • The vendor must be able to provide excellent customer service and support. • The vendor must have a robust technical infrastructure to support the services. • The vendor must be able to provide a clear implementation plan and timeline. • The vendor must be able to provide a competitive pricing structure.
