Description:
The City of Pasadena is seeking specifications for labor, materials, equipment, apparatus, transportation, and all other services and incidentals necessary to replace chlorine equipment parts and perform chlorine equipment services and repairs as required by the Water and Power Department. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must provide a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond, meeting City requirements. • The bidder must submit all required documents, including the bid proposal, forms, and certifications, through the City's eProcurement Portal. • The bidder must comply with the City's equal employment opportunity and non-collusion policies. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the City. • The bidder must agree to the City's terms and conditions, including the payment terms and the contract duration.
