The Department of the Air Force is seeking to acquire a STARLIMS Bronze Annual Maintenance Plan from STARLIMS Corporation. This is a sole source justification, and the contract will be a firm-fixed-price award with a one-year base contract and four option years. The plan includes support for software development and reconfiguration, as well as labor hours for general technical support and designing software modifications. The Air Force requires this maintenance plan to sustain the Air Force Test and Analysis Tool (AFTAT), a highly specialized laboratory information management system. • The contract has a base year and four option years. • The period of performance for the base year is 01 June 2026 through 31 May 2027. • The Air Force requires the STARLIMS Bronze Annual Maintenance Plan to maintain an approved Authority to Operate (ATO) on Air Force networks. • The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to STARLIMS Corporation. • The total contract value is less than $10M.
