The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is seeking proposals for an Above Ground Construction Services Contract. The contract will provide construction services for various test sites, including general test support, new construction, repair and maintenance of test structures and articles, and demolition and remediation. The contract is expected to be a total small business set-aside, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a maximum value of $400,000,000. The contract will have a five-year basic ordering period and an additional five-year ordering period.
