The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) is seeking a contractor to provide AV cabling and infrastructure services for the Hungry Horse Field Office (HHFO). The scope of work includes replacing and upgrading analog devices, modernizing conference rooms, and testing and training for each upgrade. The contractor will be responsible for providing the required cabling infrastructure and Audio Visual equipment to interface with the BOR Enterprise Cisco Call Manager system. The USBR will provide the VoIP system installation services and obtain the necessary telephone/network hardware. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide MS Teams Room Appliance and BYOD/PC-based Teams capabilities. • The contractor must meet Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance and other contract requirements. • The contractor will be responsible for physically installing Wireless Access Points and ensuring they are connected to the network cables at each location. • The contractor must provide design specifications, hardware inventories, and connectivity documentation. • The contractor must comply with the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
