Budget Estimate (AI):

$150,000 – $200,000

The RFP specifies a total project budget of $185,000, which represents the anticipated payment to the awardee for design, equipment, installation, and related services. Assuming the vendor can meet the full scope within this budget, the expected revenue range would be roughly $150,000 (if modest cost savings are realized) to $200,000 (if additional optional inclusive features are added). Factors influencing the final amount include material costs, site conditions, and any change orders during construction.
