The Scott County Conservation Department is seeking proposals for improvements on the Beach Road and the Park Terrace Campground at West Lake Park in Davenport, Iowa. The project includes the reconstruction of the Beach Road, restoration of the existing campground road, removal and replacement of campsite pads, and new full-depth asphalt parking areas. The project also includes erosion control measures, surface restoration, pavement striping, and construction phasing coordination.
