The objective of this prequalification application is to qualify contractors to request qualifications from roofing contractors interested in submitting bids for roofing repair and new roofing installation projects for the remainder of FY26 through FY30. Projects generally range from $50,000 up to $15,000,000, depending on the scope. • The contractor must have a minimum of ten years experience for the trade in which they are applying. • The contractor must disclose whether it or its principals have done business and/or have been licensed in the State of Maryland to do business under any other name in the last 10 years. • The contractor must be licensed as a Construction Firm as required by the State of Maryland. • The contractor must provide a list of the five largest roofing projects completed during the past 24 months.
