The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with AMETEK THERMAL SYSTEMS INC for the purchase of 12 heat exchangers. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources, and the approved sources for this material are listed. The procurement will be conducted using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13. • The procurement is for 12 heat exchangers, NSN 1R-1680-016053546-V2, TDP VER 001. • The procurement is a sole source procurement with AMETEK THERMAL SYSTEMS INC. • The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13. • The procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. • Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
