The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) is seeking proposals for Fire Life Safety Services for the Salesforce Transit Center. The selected firm will be responsible for testing, maintenance, service, and improvements of combination fire alarm and public address systems, fire protection (sprinkler system) and associated fire life safety systems and equipment. • The scope of work includes testing, maintenance, and service of fire life safety systems and equipment. • The selected firm must have qualifications and expertise in fire life safety services. • The TJPA requests that respondents provide contact information, including name, firm, email, and LBE/SBE/DBE status. • The proposal must include a fee proposal form, which is provided as an attachment to the RFP.
