The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv is seeking a vendor to provide group language instruction in Ukrainian and Russian for U.S. diplomats. The contractor will deliver high-quality language classes at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, focusing on developing participants' ability to communicate in Ukrainian and Russian across professional, social, and emergency contexts. The contractor will provide all instructional materials, including texts, class exercises, handouts, tests, and audio-visual media. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with two optional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide monthly attendance reports and document each student's progress. • The contractor will provide group language instruction at three proficiency levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. • The contractor will conduct classes 2 times per week, with each session lasting 60 minutes. • The contractor will schedule classes between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • The contractor will limit group size to a maximum of six (6) participants per class. • The contractor will provide qualified instructors who are native speakers of Ukrainian and Russian, hold a university degree in language instruction, and have a minimum of three years of experience teaching adult learners.
