The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is accepting bids for Miscellaneous Water & Sewer Service Installations. The scope of work includes the installation of miscellaneous water and sewer services at locations to be determined throughout the contract duration. Bidders must register and obtain an official set of contract documents from the Bid Manager. A bid bond is required, and the bidder must have a North Carolina General Contractor's license with a Limited classification and Public Utility classification. • The bid must be submitted in .pdf format to bids@cfpua.org. • A public bid opening will not be held. • The contract documents can be viewed at various plan rooms. • The bidder must show evidence of licensure as a contractor under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. • The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
