The State Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide full maintenance and repair services for Kubota mowers, including zero-turns and steering mowers, in Central Alabama. The services must include diagnostics, tune-ups, engine and hydraulic repairs, belt/blade replacements, and electrical work. The contractor must also furnish OEM or higher-quality equivalent replacement parts. The service period is from 12/18/25 to 9/30/26. The vendor must be located within 25 miles of the JFHQ Army National Guard Facility in Montgomery, Alabama. • The contract includes labor, hourly rate, and parts/materials with a markup. • The contractor must provide invoices/receipts for service, including the vendor's cost and the price after markup. • The services must meet manufacturer specifications and include a warranty on labor and parts. • The contractor must be able to provide OEM or higher-quality equivalent replacement parts, including blades, belts, tires, filters, batteries, spindles, and hydraulic components.
