The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is seeking bids for the installation of safety and security film on windows and doors of 33 buildings on campus. The film is intended to provide an additional security layer to campus buildings and prevent the window from separating from the frame when broken. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and install the film, as well as provide all necessary labor and materials. The bid price shall constitute the total cost to the State for complete performance in accordance with the requirements and specifications.
