The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to solicit and negotiate a contract for Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) and Prognostics Health Management (PHM) activities and upgrade support for the F-35 Israel program. The scope of the contract includes on-site support for major ODIN software upgrades, integration testing, dedicated contractor personnel for ODIN/PHM activities, and maintenance for the Virtual Private ALIS Cloud (VPAC) server. • The contract is anticipated to be awarded during the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. • The contract supports the F-35 Joint Program Military Sales customer, Israel, for the ODIN system for Fiscal Year 2027 and beyond. • The U.S. Government plans to seek approval for a sole source award pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source.” • Vendors that believe they should be considered a responsible source may submit a capability statement within fifteen calendar days of the notice’s publication.
