The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense CO for the purchase of Flexible Confined Detonating Cord Assemblies (FCDCA) Test Lead. This action is being undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirements. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by April 4, 2026, at 10AM (EST). • The contract will be for the purchase of FCDCA Test Lead. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • Responses to this notice must be made by 10:00 a.m. EST on April 4, 2026, via email to Nicole Coleman. • The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
