The City of Ann Arbor is seeking design services for improvements to the Buhr Park and Veterans Memorial Park ice arenas. The selected firm will provide professional project management and design engineering services for the project, including the replacement of refrigeration systems and accessibility improvements. The firm will also be responsible for preparing plans and specifications for the project and coordinating with City staff and other stakeholders. • The project includes the replacement of refrigeration systems at both ice arenas • Accessibility improvements will be made at Buhr Park, including the rectification of ADA barriers • The selected firm will be responsible for managing the project and coordinating with City staff and other stakeholders • The firm will prepare plans and specifications for the project and provide professional project management and design engineering services • The project is expected to be completed by November 2027
