The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division is seeking vendors to provide preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for a Flow Waterjet model M500 4020 XD. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and provide emergency repair services as needed. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the required services. Some key points to note are: * The contractor will be required to notify the Point of Contact (POC) of the specific coolants, oils, and fluids required prior to each scheduled visit. * The Government will provide the necessary replacement coolants, oils, and fluids for these services. * The contractor will be required to provide a detailed checklist outlining the results of the inspections, including any recommendations for repairs or maintenance. * The contractor will be required to develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). * The contractor will be required to comply with all security requirements, including personnel security clearance requirements, installation access, and key control. * The contractor will be required to attend post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings as requested by the Government. * The contractor will be required to identify themselves as contractor personnel and not create an impression that they are Government officials. * The contractor will be required to comply with all safety laws and regulations, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1). * The contractor will be required to protect all Government equipment, information, and property provided for Contractor use. * The contractor will be required to comply with all non-disclosure requirements and protect all sensitive information.
