The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to Technology Service Corp (TSC) for the Philippine Coast Guard King Air 350 Maritime Domain Awareness Upgrade. This contract will procure three King Air 350-Series aircraft with necessary upgrades, including fuel system, avionics, and freshly painted upgrades. Two of the aircraft will also be upgraded with the KA350 Maritime Domain Awareness (KAMDA) ISR suite.
