The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit is seeking sources to provide non-personal Nurse Practitioner (NP) services. The contractor will provide full-scope outpatient medical services to patients of all ages in the Fast Track of the Emergency Department and staff outpatient primary care clinics. The contractor must have completed an advanced practice nurse training program, possess a current, valid, unrestricted license in a state of the US, and have current certifications in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Life Support, and Board certification. The contractor will be required to attend mandatory orientations and training, and must be able to use a computer and have familiarity with the Resource Patient Management System. The contractor will be evaluated based on their performance, including patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulations and policies. Key responsibilities include: * Providing full-scope outpatient medical services to patients of all ages * Staffing outpatient primary care clinics * Diagnosing and treating medical conditions * Completing all billing and encounter forms * Attending ER staff huddles and participating in triage * Providing training and education to patients and staff * Maintaining accurate and complete medical records * Complying with all applicable regulations and policies, including HIPAA and the Privacy Act.
