The Ector County Coliseum is in need of 3 new digital full color outdoor video displays for their 3-sided marquee. The project includes removing the existing video screens and installing new equipment, including a digital display operating system subscription and warranty and maintenance services. The proposal should include a turn-key price for all materials, supplies, labor, and services necessary to complete the project. • The marquee structure was erected in 2003 and the digital video displays were updated in 2017. • The display openings are approximately 4'6" x 20'6" and the digital displays are 4' x 16'. • The marquee is connected to the operating software via a wireless internet connection. • The project requires a minimum of 5 years parts warranty and the structure and feasibility of proposed Five (5) and Ten (10) Year maintenance service agreements. • The awarded proposer shall perform all work related to the removal of existing video screens and the installation of new equipment in strict accordance with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
