The project involves a 8,300 square feet renovation and includes work such as demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, and specialties. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the completion of the project.
