The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is seeking bids for hotel conference services to host the RRC Regulatory Conference in 2026 and 2027. The conference aims to inform and train Oil & Gas and Pipeline Operators and other industry representatives on applicable laws, rules, and procedures for hydrocarbon production in Texas. The selected vendor will provide guest room accommodations, meeting rooms, and hospitality services. The contract term will be from the date of the last party's signature to August 31, 2027. • The vendor must be located in the Greater Austin Area and own a suitable venue to host the conference. • The vendor must provide guest room accommodations at a rate not exceeding $200 per night. • The vendor must provide meeting rooms with various seating styles and capacities. • The vendor must provide complimentary water in all meeting rooms and complimentary hard-wired internet in breakout/meeting rooms. • The vendor must take commercially reasonable steps for the safety of conference attendees.
