The U.S. Embassy in Mbabane, Eswatini is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) System, which includes the intercom, paging, and displays. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract, and the performance period is anticipated to be 12 months with four optional one-year periods. The contractor must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting an offer. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror representing the best value for the Government. • The evaluation factors, other than cost or price, are significantly more important than cost or price. • The contractor must provide preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) System. • The contract may be awarded based on the initial offer without discussion.
