The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract for five (5) Kohler Transfer Switches, P/N: KCS-DFND-0070S, for the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO. The contract will be awarded to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value to the government, considering both price and non-price factors. The offeror must be an authorized reseller of Kohler Co. and meet all listed specifications. The contract will include a 1-year warranty against material workmanship and faults occurring during operation. • The contract is a 100% small business set-aside. • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a unique entity identifier (UEI). • The offeror must provide a list of at least two past performances that have been successfully accomplished similar in size and scope. • The expected lead time for delivery will be considered in the technical evaluation criteria. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated price of quotes meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
