The Hudson Bayou Dredging Project is seeking professional engineering firms to provide Engineering & CEI Services. The project is funded in whole or in part by U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). The scope of work includes design, permitting, bid phase, post design construction services, and construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services. • The project requires compliance with Federal Regulations, including the Clean Air Act, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The contractor must provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. • The contractor must retain financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other non-Federal entity records pertinent to this contract for a period of five years from the completion of the project and final payment by the County.
