The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center (FDC) SeaTac, is seeking a contractor to provide various Halal food items for the detention center. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the contractor must deliver the items to the detention center between September 1, 2025, and September 18, 2025. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling. • The contractor must provide certified Halal food items, including fish fillet meals, beans and franks meals, chicken wing meals, and other items. • The contractor must deliver the items to the detention center in a timely manner and in accordance with the delivery schedule. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the contract. • The contractor must be a small business, as defined by the Small Business Administration.
