The Union Sanitary District is seeking bids for the construction of the Enhanced Treatment and Site Upgrade (ETSU) Program, Phase 1B Project. The project includes the demolition of existing administration and control buildings, site civil work, excavation, landscape work, relocation of the existing East Bay Discharger's Authority (EBDA) Force Main, and construction of new facilities, including secondary clarifiers, a mixed liquor distribution box, a return activated sludge (RAS) and waste activated sludge (WAS) pump station, and a reclaimed water pump station.
