The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, Division of Sewerage and Drainage is seeking a Universal Term Contract for the provision of Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts. The contract will be in effect through July 31, 2028. Bidders are required to provide experience and references for similar work, and must submit a price list and catalog. The estimated annual value of the contract is $150,000.00. • The contract requires the provision of Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts for existing L&J frame and 2000 pumps located at the two wastewater treatment plants. • The bidder must provide a price list and catalog, and must extend the discounts and prices to all purchases made by the City of Columbus or other entities as specified. • The bidder must be an authorized distributor for Moyno Pump Parts. • The contract has a minimum delivery requirement and a delivery time of a specified number of calendar days. • The City of Columbus reserves the right to determine whether any proposed alternates are within the specifications.
