The Air Force Test Center Installation Operational Contracting Division intends to award a sole source contract to Gasmet Technologies Inc. for the provision of Calcmet Expert Software. The software is required to support test efforts at the 28th TES Combat Readiness and must be fully compatible with the existing instrumentation infrastructure. The contract includes two contract line items (CLINs): one for a Calcmet Expert HASP key and one for a Calcmet Expert HASP spare key. The contractor must ensure that all applicable Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IA and IA-enabled products comply with AFI 33-200, Information Assurance. • The contract is for a firm-fixed price. • The software must be seamlessly integrated with the existing instrumentation infrastructure. • The contractor must provide any OEM pass-through warranty and standard commercial warranties applicable to the products being purchased at no cost. • The contract is expected to be awarded on 6 August 2025. • The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
