Budget Estimate (AI):

$50,000 – $400,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the RFP does not provide a specific budget or pricing information. However, based on the scope of work and the services required, it is likely that the contract value will be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on the frequency and complexity of the services needed. The City's option to renew the contract for an additional year could potentially double the total contract value. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of properties requiring services, the level of contamination or hazmat conditions, and the contractor's pricing strategy.
