Description:
The Ceres Unified School District is seeking a lease-leaseback entity to modernize the Main Hall at Ceres High School. The project includes remodeling classrooms, replacing flooring, lighting, and acoustical tile ceilings, and upgrading electrical, audio-visual, and fire alarm systems. The project also includes site demolition and site work, such as removing existing improvements and installing new drywells, storm drain systems, and landscaping. The successful entity will be required to hold a California Contractors License, Class B, and to pay prevailing wage rates.
